What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you when you request our services or products via our website, or opt-in to our mailing list. We also collect information when you voluntarily provide feedback. In addition, website usage information is collected using cookies.

We collect information about you in order to deliver any requested products or services and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you.

Marketing

We would like to send you information about products and services of ours which may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing via opting in to our mailing list, you may opt out at any point. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.

If you choose to opt-in to our mailing list, the email address that you submit to us will be added to Campaign Monitor who provide us with email marketing services. We consider Campaign Monitor to be a third party data processor and you can read their own Privacy Policy here. The email address that you submit will not be stored at prismtc.co.uk.

Your email address will remain within Campaign Monitor’s database for as long as we continue to use Campaign Monitor’s services for email marketing, or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us via info@prismtc.co.uk using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.

If you are under 16 years of age you MUST obtain parental consent before joining our email newsletter.

While your email address remains within the Campaign Monitor database, you will receive periodic newsletter-style emails from us.

Prism Training & Consultancy Limited will not share your information for marketing purposes.

Software sales and licences

We act as the official UK & Ireland resellers for specialist statistical software packages and offer our own software products. When purchasing software or licences online through this website, we will retain certain personal information in order to complete the transaction (eg. name, email address, company, etc.). We will use this information to provide customers with on-going services – including the notification of software upgrades, version updates and renewal notices – solely pertaining to the purchase of the software. Whilst we will not use this information for any other purpose, we may store this information using one/some of the third-party data processors detailed here.

Training registration

We deliver a wide-range of statistical training workshops throughout the year. When registering your place on one of our public training workshops, we will retain certain personal information in order to book and confirm your place (eg. name, email address, company, etc.). We will use this information to provide workshop attendees with logistical details about the course delivery. Whilst we will not use this information for any other purpose, we may store this information using one/some of the third-party data processors detailed here.

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to us at the addresses below.

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
